Senior Managing Director
Lawrence Klaff is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring new lending investments for Gordon Brothers Finance Company. Larry joined Gordon Brothers Group in 1996 as a senior associate in the Valuation & Advisory Services Division and was also actively involved in business development and marketing opportunities. He was later promoted to Vice President and began focusing primarily on structured loans and business development. In 2002, Larry became a Managing Director, devoting more of his time to the structured loan team. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers Group, Larry specialized in store planning and distribution for Filene's, a division of May Department Stores. Larry is a board member and past chair of the New England Chapter of Commercial Finance Association (CFA), is currently an executive board member of the National CFA, a board member and past president of the Northeast Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and a director of the National TMA. Larry received a BA from Hobart College and an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
